Rockrose Realty is our parent company and have had offices on the 192 in Kissimmee for the past 17 years. Through Rockrose Realty, we have owned and operated 3 different management companies as well as being heavily involved in the real estate market.

Within the last 3 years we have had and seen a large number of homeowners approach us to take care of their homes, and with regret, were not in a position to assist. Now, having realized the need,we have opened Central Florida Villas.What does this mean to you? Central Florida Villas have their own offices located in the Osceola Square Mall. As a homeowner, if you need us we will be there. Open Monday thru Friday, 9-5pm there will always be someone around to take care of your needs. If you would like your guests to check in with a person and not a computer, send them. All of the services that we provide are done by outside companies.The reason for this is that if something is not done right, they will not get paid. Our managers will oversee each home on a weekly basis to ensure that your representation is of the finest quality.
